Context

A start of a new product: an HR platform combining AI and psychology to understand and motivate staff.

This was the start of a new product: nothing existed yet, and the platform had to combine AI and psychology to help understand and motivate staff.

My role

Developer, from first design to features.

How I approached it

1. I set up the foundations first: the technical base and the quality standards.
2. I built the features behind the scenes and the screens people use.
3. I integrated microservices and third-party modules into the core applications.
4. I made the system reliable under heavy use and covered it with automated tests.
5. I planned the user-facing features together with the designers.
